Dealer Relations departments at top fund companies and service providers, as well as management of IDA broker firm Mutual Fund Operations and Registered Plan departments. This provides FDS invaluable insight into dealer and broker business processes, ensuring maximum automation rates and optimized electronic processing; fewer manual exceptions result in a lower overall error rate.
