FDS believes we are ideally structured to provide a true "Partnership" with our Customers, building upon the traditional Customer / Vendor model. Our goal is to provide services as an extension of the Customer product offering, transparent to Advisors; the "invisible" back-office.

We foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork with our Customers through a close working relationship.

We are nimble, flexible, and have an experienced team able to add value and quickly develop and implement creative solutions. FDS measures our own success through our Customers growth.

As partners we take a "collaborate versus dictate" approach to administration. We recognize each Customer will have unique needs, and should not all be expected to fit into one standard FDS process. Where appropriate, we assume the risks on behalf of the Customer for the services we provide, taking responsibility and being accountable for the tasks we execute.

At FDS we don’t just work for our Customers, we partner with them.
